Indication

Exterior wind-heat invasion with fever, headache, slight or no chills, thirst, sore throat and cough. Tongue has a red tip and thin, white or thin, yellow coating, pulse is floating, rapid.

Dosage note: The first dosage is for making a powder - for decoction, use the dosages in parentheses.

Contraindication

1. Inappropriate for damp-heat conditions.
