Jin Gui Yao Lue (Eastern Han - approximately 200 AD)
Deficiency cold of the Chong and Ren vessels with accumulation of blood stasis. Signs and symptoms include persistent mild uterine bleeding, irregular menstruation, early or late menstruation, bleeding between periods, dryness of the lips and mouth, pain and distention with cold in the lower abdomen, infertility, low-grade fever at dusk, and heat in the palms and soles.
