Indication

Chills and fever, absence of sweating, headache, feeling muddled, wheezing from phlegm, cough, a stifling sensation in the chest or a sensation of fullness and distention in the diaphragmatic region, vomiting and diarrhea, lack of strength in the extremities, no desire for food or drink, dark urine that is reduced in volume, and a white, slippery tongue coating.

Contraindication

1. The majority of the herbs in this formula are acrid and warming, and it therefore contraindicated for sudden turmoil disorder due to damp-heat.
