3. Xing Ren70 pieces (9-12g)
4. Zhi Gan Cao6g

Indication

For wind-cold exterior invasion constraining Wei Qi. Signs and symptoms include fever and chills (chills predominant), no sweating, generalized body aches, headache and wheezing. Tongue coat is thin and white. Pulse is floating and tight.

Contraindication

1. Patients with debility and copious urination
2. Patients who are prone to bleeding (especially from the nose)
3. Use with caution in cases with hypertension - Ma Huang has adrenergic effects
