Green, watery, and foul-smelling diarrhea, abdominal pain that increases upon pressure, fever, thirst, a dry tongue and mouth, shortness of breath, lethargy, delirious speech, a dry, yellow or black tongue coating, and a deficient pulse.
Some patients present with constipation or firm, painful abdominal distention.
In severe cases, there may be hallucinations and "grabbing at the air" or impaired consciousness with frigid, contracted extremities.
For heat excess in the interior with Qi and Blood deficiency
