Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang (1078)
Dampness due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Signs and symptoms include loose stools or diarrhea, loss of appetite, weak extremities, distention in the chest and epigastrium, weight loss and pallid and wan complexion. Tongue is pale with a white coat. Pulse is thin, moderate or deficient, moderate. There could also be vomiting.
Preparation note: the dosages given should be ground to powder and taken in 6g doses with warm water. For decoction, reduce the dosages proportionately.
