For Qi goiter (Qi Ying), originally called rock-like goiter (Shi Ying), characterized by masses in the center of the neck which are hard like a rock and immobile. They do not change the color of the skin and do not ulcerate. Tongue coat is thin and greasy, pulse is wiry and slippery.
