Apply small amount to skin, then apply direct/thread moxa on top of shinko. Can be used with Tiger Warmer: apply a thin layer to the top of Tiger Warmer to help protect the skin, this will also allow Tiger Warmer to slide easier. Can be used for minor skin irritations, sunburns, cracked skin and hemorrhoids. Just apply to affected area. Can be used as a lip balm: to promote healing, apply a small amount to chapped or windburned lips.
