Lower Back Tonic Bone Soup
Strengthens lower back and hastens recovery
Two packets/unit. Each packet makes 4-5 cups of soup.
This delicious herbal recipe is used traditionally to tonify the Liver & Kidneys to strengthen Sinew & Bones. Great for those with a chronic history of lower back pain; or during recovery stages of trauma, particularly in the elderly.
Cook with Pork or Beef Bones
How to cook it:Blanch chicken and pork/beef bones(optional) in boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard water and rinse meats to get rid of excess fat and impurities. Rinse herbs under room temp water. In a pot, put 12 cups of water, blanched meats, and one vacuum pack of herbs. Bring to a boil, then lower the flame to simmer for about 90 minutes or more, resulting in 5 cups of soup. Salt to taste. Simply skim off the fat and serve. Serves 4-5 persons.
